Sustainable
entrepreneurship

As an entrepreneur, you go to great lengths for your customers and your business. You seek the most efficient way to achieve your goals, but all too often, this turns out not to be the most sustainable method. At Plug, we strive to contribute in every possible way to responsible and thoughtful entrepreneurship and to make this a reality for our clients as well. We promote this approach in three areas: strategy, branding, and marketing. Here, the 3 P's form the cornerstones of our philosophy on corporate social responsibility:
people, planet, & profit.

People
Planet
Profit

People

People are central. Specifically, the well-being of our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. We can achieve this by focusing on a pleasant work environment, a good work-life balance, working conditions, and social issues
such as inequality, among others.

Planet

Every business activity has consequences, both positive and negative. We want to stay vigilant. What impact do products and processes have on the environment, and more importantly, what can we do to ensure that impact is minimized? This can be achieved through very simple measures: installing solar panels, separating waste streams, maintaining an electric vehicle fleet, etc. While we cannot turn a stone, we can try to push it in the right direction. This is also what we aim to achieve with Plug's clients: to integrate sustainability into their strategy, marketing, and branding wherever possible.

Profit

Profit is necessary for the sustainable growth of a company. And we cannot ignore that profit also affects people and the planet. However, profit does not always have to be expressed in monetary terms; it can also signify enrichment in knowledge and quality, or reputation and image.
